If you are having challenges, be sure to ask Citizen for the App 2.5 use guide and Firmware update guide. I may have to turn some off because my watch feels like it wants to vibrate off my wrist with the notifications! Great to have all the options. They advised me to reconnect, simply press and release the upper right button after clearing any notifications present on the watch. I learned from Citizen when I do this I am clearing the pairing information from the watch, so I have to clear the paring information from the iPhone, then pair the watch and iPhone again. I used to press and hold the upper button for a while to reconnect. I did have a challenge due to my own misuse from using the first version. Pairing is like any other Bluetooth device now! It is great to be able to update the firmware myself and not have to depend on the App to connect.
